Is there any maintenance I need to do for this machine? How do I clean it??

Prior to each fill of the machine, it is recommended to follow these cleaning instructions

Regular cleaning is essential for smooth running of the machine and to maintain the hygienic standard of the product.
  • Empty any unused product from the machine, and discard if past the “best before” date provided by the manufacturer of the product.
  • The safest way to clean your machine is using dry methods, such as good quality paper towels and nylon brushes for this purpose. Unscented alcohol-based wipes are also suitable. For more information about cleaning and where to purchase suitable cleaning materials, contact your local Environmental Health Office.
  • Never use an abrasive cleaner.
  • Cleaning by dry methods reduces the risk of product contamination by food poisoning bacteria, and should be the method of choice. If for any reason wet cleaning cannot be avoided, then it is vital that the machine is completely dry before being reassembled and refilled. A minimum of 24 hours drying time is recommended to ensure all moisture is evaporated.
  • The outside of the machine can be cleaned using the same materials.
  • Buffing the exterior components can help to remove any remaining marks.
  • The rough front surface of the coin mechanism is best cleaned using a brush.

What if I have a problem with one of my machines?

If you have any problem with your machine or just need help in adjusting or installing your machines, call our friendly Customer Service staff and they will be glad to work with you to find the problem and work out the best course of action to correct the problem. How long until my product ships?

All machines are custom built at our factory in North America. When you order we will establish an approximate production date. This date is generally 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size of the order and availability of parts.

Do you offer discounts for mutliple machines on an order?

You may order any number of machines at a time. However, we do offer volume discounts, so it can be to your advantage to order multiple machines at once. Please contact sales@beavervending.com if you would like to order 10 or more machines.

What if I lose the key to my machine?

Beaver Machine Corporation offers many different key numbers. Each key is constructed to fit Beaver machines exclusively. If a replacement key is needed, contact Beaver directly. If you purchased your machine directly from Beaver, a key number will be on file. If the machine was bought through a third party you will need to confirm that the machine is a Beaver (Beaver will be written on the handle of the coin mechanism and on the lid) and the model. Once confirmed that it is a Beaver the existing lock will need to be drilled out and a new lock and key assembly will need to be purchase. To identify the model of machine, please refer to our product catalog.
Please Note: If the machine was not purchased directly from Beaver we have no way of knowing the lock number on your machine as we have hundreds of lock numbers and the outside of the machine is not marked with the lock number for safety purposes.

Can I get spare parts or a different color body for my machine?

Yes, Beaver Machine Corp sells parts, including bodies, on our corporate website CLICK HERE.

Can I only purchase in US Dollars?

Yes, online the only currency we offer for sale is in USD.
